WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept the major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Zelle.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Each sign is made-to-order, uniquely for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges, however, please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes! Please select the GIFT CARD option on the main menu bar!
CAN I PUT MY SIGN OUTSIDE?
Every sign we make is designed to be displayed indoors. Select outdoor signs can be kept outside away from the elements for a limited amount of time. Wood naturally weathers - we recommend carefully selecting placement to keep your sign beautiful. See the info section on each listing for more details.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Current production times are listed on the SHOP page and will vary depending on the type of sign. All orders are made in the order in which we receive them. You will be notified via email, with tracking info, when your order ships.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
We started our Etsy shop in 2016 casually selling pallet wood signs. We moved to full-time production in 2021, selling via Etsy and locally by word-of-mouth. We branched out with our own website in 2023!
IF I'M LOCAL, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes! We also offer free personal delivery within a 25 mile radius of Shorewood, IL.
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We select the carrier that will get you your order the safest, fastest and at the most reasonable price. We most often use USPS and UPS.
